DMARC, DKIM and SPF Monitoring

Email impersonation is a growing threat. Cybercriminals often spoof domains to trick recipients and launch phishing attacks. To combat this, we use DMARC, DKIM, and SPF technologies:

  • SPF ensures only authorised servers can send emails on our behalf.

  • DKIM adds a digital signature to prove messages haven’t been tampered with.

  • DMARC enforces policies and gives visibility into who sends email using our domain.

Our email authentication is monitored daily. Any irregularities trigger investigation via our Email Authentication Exception Forms and corrective actions are logged for audit and compliance.

Email Security

Email remains a primary attack vector. Whether phishing, malware, ransomware or fraud, attackers constantly target inboxes. That’s why we enforce layered Email Security to inspect and control every message.

Our approach includes:

  • Inbound filtering to block spam, phishing, and malware

  • Outbound scanning to prevent sensitive data leaks

  • Internal scanning to protect inside email
  • Attachment and link sandboxing to neutralise hidden threats

Employee vigilance is also key. Suspicious emails can be flagged using our Phishing Report Form. Incidents are logged, reviewed, and acted upon quickly to protect the organisation.

Secure Email

For highly sensitive or regulated information, email encryption and secure delivery are mandatory. Our Secure Email solution ensures that confidential messages are protected end-to-end.

Our secure email controls:

  • Encrypt messages using TLS and S/MIME where necessary

  • Enable secure portals for external recipients

  • Apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to block unauthorised data sharing

Policies dictate that confidential or personal data must always be encrypted before sending. Any exceptions must be approved and recorded using our Secure Email Transmission Forms.
